If you choose a single accommodation, the price is displayed per accommodation and therefore remains the same, regardless of the number of occupants. Housing prices are determined on the basis of the maximum occupancy capacity indicated in the descriptions.
Children and babies should be counted in the number of occupants of the apartment. For example: if there are 2 adults and 2 children, you can choose a 2 room apartment for 4 people; and if there are 2 adults, 2 children and 1 baby, you must choose an apartment with at least a maximum capacity of 5 people.
For safety reasons, most establishments' wellness facilities are not accessible to people under 16 years of age. Similarly, it is possible that some facilities or services may be subject to additional charges or may be unavailable for exceptional reasons.
Unless otherwise indicated in the service description, activities, and any additional services available at destination are provided in the language of the destination country and in English.
The opening periods and times of activities, restaurants and bars are given as an approximation, and subject to change. Contact the reception to know any changes. Note that alcohol abuse is dangerous for your health, therefore drink with moderation.

Travel documents

Once your reservation has been made, you will receive a confirmation e-mail before your travel documents are sent.
Concerning the transport documents (in the context of a reservation with transport), we will provide you with all the information relating to check-in and luggage in the "Your travel documents" email, allowing you to leave with peace of mind.
To take advantage of all your reserved services (hotels, transfers, activities...), you will receive one or more exchange vouchers to be presented to each supplier.
The contact details of the establishment will be specified in these documents, in order to make your arrival at your destination as easy as possible.

Transportation

For a holiday including a flight, you will have the possibility to choose the airline, regular or low cost, as well as your flight schedules. Depending on your preferences, you can choose a seat in Business or First Class.

In order to better organise your time at the airport, we advise you to arrive 2 hours before boarding for a medium-haul flight, or 3 hours before if your flight lasts more than 5 hours. Take advantage of your extra time to go through security and to check in your luggage.
You will be informed whether or not your luggage is included when you make your booking. Be sure to respect the luggage policy of low-cost and regular airlines. You will have the opportunity to add additional luggage subject to an additional fee. Please note that some meals and other services on board may be subject to an extra charge.
Several departure cities are available: Paris, a variety of other French cities, Brussels, Luxembourg, Basel, Geneva & Zurich. Your arrival destination will be displayed in your transport documents.
Depending on flight schedules, some arrivals or returns may be made at night with early arrival or late departure, guests may not always be able to use their room immediately and should refer to the hotel check-in and check-out conditions.
In the event that the transfer is not included in your hotel reservation, it will be offered as a supplement at the time of your booking. Unless expressly mentioned, transfers may be made in groups of 15 to 55 people.
